It is no wonder that most of us love eating chicken and in every fast food restaurant, there always comes a time that we crave it. In addition, there are even a lot quicker and more chicken recipes that you can make at home! In this blog, I have written some of the quick and easy chicken recipes that I learned from practicing cooking.
To be honest, I don’t really cook and am not a good cook, either. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was forced to stay at home. I got no choice but of course to follow our government’s restrictions for our own safety purpose. With that, I couldn’t travel and had to find other ways to kill time most especially when at home. That’s what made me decide to learn how to cook! I wouldn’t deny that at least I learned something from this pandemic, which is cooking. So I somehow tried to cook and follow some quick, easy chicken recipes on the Internet. As a beginner, I can say that this is an achievement for me! I am now able to cook some simple meals for myself. With that being said, I would love to share with you some of the chicken meals I made all throughout the months I stayed at home.

This recipe is definitely easy to cook which can even be done for only a few minutes! Obviously, its sauce is honey but it is actually surprising perfect with rice. Not to mention the fact that its savoury makes you drool over the food! The good thing about cooking honey garlic chicken is its ingredients are very easy to find! All you need is honey, water, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken, and garlic! See? You might even have all of these at home. It seems easy and affordable to cook, right? Well, indeed it is!

Chicken Teriyaki is a super easy chicken recipe that you can even cook within 10 minutes! In my case, I didn’t really have a hard time making this because I actually found a ready-made teriyaki sauce from the supermarket. So I didn’t really need to make a sauce for the chicken! If you prefer to buy it, I would love to recommend buying Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce. As you may know, I am not really into cooking so I personally don’t have any idea about this kind’ of stuff. But it’s amazing when you get to know and learn something from it by trying it confidently!
With this, if you already got the teriyaki sauce or made it personally, all you have to do is to just fry the chicken, cook until it gets brown, then just add the teriyaki sauce. Viola! You can have the chicken teriyaki after following those three easy steps!

I have actually never heard about this orange chicken recipe until I came across this on the Internet. I tried so many chicken recipes but not this one which made me curious of how it tastes like. So I decided to try cooking it! Not to mention the fact that I both love chicken and oranges, so why not try it?
Its orange juice and zest that is combined with chicken make the food more mouthwatering! Its taste also perfectly matches the rice. I could say that this has become one of my favorite meals! Its tastes are incredibly simple yet amazing.

Among the top 5 chicken recipes I’ve listed, I believe that this is the easiest one to cook! All you need is chicken, sauce, cheese, and an oven. As a matter of fact, you can even make it within 30 minutes! Its preparation is just like eating peanuts! One easy way to make this and to make it more flavorful is you can directly buy or order a ready-made chicken from one of your favorite fast-food chains! You can purchase it from Jollibee, McDonalds, KFC, or wherever you are. So what you can do is just cut the chicken into pieces. Oh! Don’t forget to remove the bones and put them in a pan! Then, spread the sauce or the gravy and add the cheese on top of it. After that, put them in the oven and bake it until the cheese is melted! That’s it. That is how easy this chicken recipe is! However, if you don’t have an oven, you can still make it by using a gas range.
